Company to Hold Conference Call on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM ET (4:00 PM UK)

LONDON & DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GAN plc (“GAN” or the “Company”), an award-winning developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B Internet gaming software, services and online gaming content in the United States, today announced that it will release its first-half financial results for the period ended June 30, 2019 on Friday, September 13, 2019. The Company is advancing the timing of its announcement from the previously announced date of September 27, 2019 as it expects to finalize its financial results earlier than anticipated.

The Company will host a conference call on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM ET / 4:00 PM UK time to discuss these financial results.
